In the search (select) dropdown choose a field you wish to see. For example: Disease Name is chosen in the (select) dropdown if you are looking for a particular disease. Next, enter the name of the disease such as phenylketonuria in the dialog box next to the (select) dropdown. Last, press the search button. The results will appear below the search boxes. You can enter part of a disease name if you wish. It is unnecessary to use capital letters.
